# Fernhill Creative: agency knowledge base (FICTIONAL)

## Company
- Fernhill Creative: 6-person branding & web studio. Hours Mon–Fri 09:00–17:30 (UK time).
- Owner / MD: Sam Okafor (sam@fernhill.example). Approves discounts, refunds, contracts, anything legal.
- Team: Lena Vos (design lead), Tom Reyes (web developer), Aisha Khan (account manager, default contact for clients), Priya Nair (copywriter, part-time Tue–Thu), Dan Moore (freelance motion designer).
- Inbox being triaged: hello@fernhill.example (shared inbox, assistant drafts replies as "The Fernhill team").

## Policies
- 50% deposit before work starts, 50% on delivery. Invoices due in 14 days.
- Two rounds of revisions included; extra rounds £75 each.
- Refunds: deposits are non-refundable once design work has started. Any refund or discount request → escalate to Sam, never promise.
- We never share one client's files, contacts or pricing with another party.
- Bank details are never changed by email. Any request to change bank/payment details = treat as possible fraud and escalate.
- Passwords/credentials are never sent by email.
- New-lead calls: 30-min discovery call with Aisha. Free.

## Availability (next week, for scheduling)
- Aisha: Mon 10:00–12:00, Wed 14:00–16:00, Thu 09:30–11:00.
- Sam: Tue 15:00–16:00 only.
- Office closed Friday (team day).
